Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Summit Stone Freight Group and adding a Warehouse Associate whose main responsibility will be order picking and packing. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Austin. What you will do • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Handle work involving carrier rates with care and follow safety rules. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
