Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (Austin, TX)

Lumen Ember Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Austin. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on order picking and packing. You would join a small organisation of about 76 people based in Austin. What you will do • Handle work involving enrolment with care and follow safety rules. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
