Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (Atlanta, GA)

Summit Fern Farms is an agricultural business based around Atlanta, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our order picking and packing. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Handle work involving harvest schedules with care and follow safety rules. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
