Warehouse Associate - inventory accuracy (San Jose, CA)

Rivermark Summit Property Management is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on inventory accuracy for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Handle work involving unit turnovers with care and follow safety rules. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
