Warehouse Associate - inventory accuracy (San Jose, CA)

Harborlight Quill Facilities is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on inventory accuracy for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Handle work involving work orders with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
