Warehouse Associate - inventory accuracy (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Harbor Transit Planning and adding a Warehouse Associate whose main responsibility will be inventory accuracy. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Handle work involving accessibility audits with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
