Warehouse Associate - inventory accuracy (Rochester, NY)

Bright Ember Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Rochester plant. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on inventory accuracy. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Handle work involving machine downtime with care and follow safety rules. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
