Warehouse Associate - inventory accuracy (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Lantern Construction and adding a Warehouse Associate whose main responsibility will be inventory accuracy. You would join a small organisation of about 114 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving safety records with care and follow safety rules. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
