Warehouse Associate - inventory accuracy (remote)

Fernwood North Early Learning is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on inventory accuracy for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Handle work involving classroom supplies with care and follow safety rules. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
