Warehouse Associate - inventory accuracy (remote)

Lumen Lantern Property Management Partners is a Chicago property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on inventory accuracy. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle work involving lease renewals with care and follow safety rules. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
