Warehouse Associate - inventory accuracy (remote)

Ironwood Yarrow Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on inventory accuracy. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Handle work involving cleaning schedules with care and follow safety rules. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
