Warehouse Associate - inventory accuracy (remote)

Fernwood Union Facilities is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on inventory accuracy for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 452 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving cleaning schedules with care and follow safety rules. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
