Warehouse Associate - inventory accuracy (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Pine Early Learning and adding a Warehouse Associate whose main responsibility will be inventory accuracy. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Handle work involving meal programmes with care and follow safety rules. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
