Warehouse Associate - inventory accuracy (remote)

Northwind Clear Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Jackson, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our inventory accuracy. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Handle work involving recycling loads with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
