Warehouse Associate - inventory accuracy (remote)

Harborlight Iron Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Boston producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our inventory accuracy. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Handle work involving quality documentation with care and follow safety rules. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
