Warehouse Associate - inventory accuracy (remote)

Northwind Ridge Pharma is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on inventory accuracy for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving regulatory filings with care and follow safety rules. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
