Warehouse Associate - inventory accuracy (Providence, RI)

Redstone Clear Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Providence working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on inventory accuracy. You would join a large organisation of about 888 people based in Providence. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Handle work involving service alerts with care and follow safety rules. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
