Warehouse Associate - inventory accuracy (Minneapolis, MN)

Clearpath Cobalt Property Management looks after rental homes across the Minneapolis area, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our inventory accuracy. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Handle work involving resident events with care and follow safety rules. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
