Warehouse Associate - inventory accuracy (Madison, WI)

Northwind Loom Pharma is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on inventory accuracy for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Handle work involving clinical studies with care and follow safety rules. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
