Warehouse Associate - inventory accuracy (Kansas City, MO)

Rivermark Cobalt Property Management manages apartment communities around Kansas City. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on inventory accuracy. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Handle work involving maintenance requests with care and follow safety rules. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
