Warehouse Associate - inventory accuracy (Jackson, MS)

Bright Umber Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Jackson, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our inventory accuracy. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle work involving service complaints with care and follow safety rules. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
