Warehouse Associate - inventory accuracy (Houston, TX)

Bluepeak Umber Foods Group is a Houston food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our inventory accuracy. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Handle work involving customer specifications with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
