Warehouse Associate - inventory accuracy (Detroit, MI)

Amberfield Cedar Hospitality Associates is a hospitality company in Detroit with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on inventory accuracy. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving food costs with care and follow safety rules. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
