Warehouse Associate - inventory accuracy (Des Moines, IA)

Bright Ember Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Des Moines plant, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our inventory accuracy. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Handle work involving scrap and rework with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
