Warehouse Associate - inventory accuracy (Des Moines, IA)

Amberfield Wren Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Des Moines design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on inventory accuracy. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Handle work involving ridership counts with care and follow safety rules. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
