Warehouse Associate - inventory accuracy (Buffalo, NY)

Westbrook Quill Facilities Group is a facilities company in Buffalo with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our inventory accuracy. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle work involving contractor visits with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
