Warehouse Associate - inventory accuracy (Birmingham, AL)

Nova Quill Facilities looks after properties across the Birmingham region. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on inventory accuracy. You would join a small organisation of about 182 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Handle work involving work orders with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
