Warehouse Associate - cycle counts (Richmond, VA)

Summit Property Management Group is a Richmond property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on cycle counts. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving unit turnovers with care and follow safety rules. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
