Warehouse Associate - cycle counts (remote)

Northwind Union Freight is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on cycle counts for loads and lanes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 230 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Handle work involving loads and lanes with care and follow safety rules. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
