Warehouse Associate - cycle counts (remote)

Nova Thistle Property Management is a Grand Rapids property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our cycle counts. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Handle work involving lease renewals with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
