Warehouse Associate - cycle counts (remote)

Fernwood Oak Foods is a Portland food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on cycle counts. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Handle work involving production batches with care and follow safety rules. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
