Warehouse Associate - cycle counts (remote)

Fernwood Clear Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Chicago. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on cycle counts. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle work involving recycling loads with care and follow safety rules. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
