Warehouse Associate - cycle counts (remote)

Summit Fern Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Memphis, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our cycle counts. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving packing house output with care and follow safety rules. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
