Warehouse Associate - cycle counts (Louisville, KY)

Ironwood Ridge Property Management is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on cycle counts for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Handle work involving lease renewals with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
