Warehouse Associate - cycle counts (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Nova Iron Property Management and adding a Warehouse Associate whose main responsibility will be cycle counts. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Handle work involving resident events with care and follow safety rules. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
