Warehouse Associate - cycle counts (Kansas City, MO)

Northwind Amber Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Kansas City, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our cycle counts. You would join a large organisation of about 236 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Handle work involving family communication with care and follow safety rules. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
