Warehouse Associate - cycle counts (Indianapolis, IN)

Bluepeak Kestrel Manufacturing Group is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on cycle counts for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 69 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving scrap and rework with care and follow safety rules. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
