Warehouse Associate - cycle counts (Grand Rapids, MI)

Greenridge West Environmental Services Group collects and processes waste and recycling around Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on cycle counts. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving fleet maintenance with care and follow safety rules. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
