Warehouse Associate - cycle counts (Detroit, MI)

Fernwood Kestrel Press Group is a printer and publisher in Detroit serving local and national clients, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our cycle counts. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Handle work involving print quotes with care and follow safety rules. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
