Warehouse Associate - cycle counts (Birmingham, AL)

Bluepeak Timber Property Management is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on cycle counts for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Handle work involving rent collection with care and follow safety rules. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
