UX Designer - volunteer and donor portal (Milwaukee, WI)

Bluepeak Granite Community Partners is a large community nonprofit in Milwaukee, and thousands of volunteers and donors use our website every year. We are hiring a full-time UX designer to rework the portal where people sign up for shifts, track hours and manage giving. What you will do • Interview volunteers, donors and staff to learn what frustrates them about the current portal. • Design simpler sign-up, scheduling and donation flows and test them with real users. • Work alongside two developers and a communications lead, and maintain our small design system. What we are looking for • Two or more years in UX or product design. • Care about accessibility and people who are not confident with technology. Full-time and remote-friendly, with monthly team days in Milwaukee.
