UX Designer - research and testing (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Lantern Medical and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around clinical evaluations that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
