UX Designer - research and testing (Wichita, KS)

Rivermark Cedar Banking Services is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 101 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in card disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
