UX Designer - research and testing (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Summit Pharma and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around clinical studies that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinical studies. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
