UX Designer - research and testing (Tulsa, OK)

Cedar Granite Medical designs and makes medical devices in Tulsa, and we need a UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around complaint handling that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in complaint handling. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
