UX Designer - research and testing (Toledo, OH)

Ironwood Juniper Health provides primary and specialty care in Toledo, and we need a UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in electronic records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
