UX Designer - research and testing (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Corner Medical Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around device records that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in device records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
