UX Designer - research and testing (St. Louis, MO)

Ironwood Fox Community Partners Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around grant reporting that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in grant reporting. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
