UX Designer - research and testing (Spokane, WA)

Westbrook Bridge Health is a healthcare provider in Spokane with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on research and testing. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around patient education that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in patient education. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
