UX Designer - research and testing (Savannah, GA)

Northwind Corner Insurance Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around claims that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in claims. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
